This
project involved the institution like Apostolic Vicariate of Calapan Parochial
School including Department of Education (DepEd) and Department of Environment
and Natural Resources (DENR) with the help of LGU and other concerned
government agencies
3. PROPONENTS
The
people that will be involve in “Tree Planting for Healthy Green Victoria” are
the students and teacher of Good Shepherd Academy from Elementary Department students
to Senior High School Departments students.
4. AREA
OF IMPLEMENTATION
The
place that the project “Tree Planting for Healthy Green Victoria” will be
apprehended in the whole Municipality of Victoria (all the 32 barangays and
sitio). The plant that will be planted will be only on the mass land of
Victoria
5. PROJECT
DURATION
Since
CoVid 19 going on also this year, we proposed to organize this project “Tree
Planting for Healthy Green Victoria” after the government allow the face to
face school learning program and the quarantine will drop. We need to follow
the health protocols that implemented by the government for our own sake.
6. TARGET
BENEFICIARIES
Since
this project “Tree Planting for Healthy Green Victoria” will be held at
Municipality of Victoria, the beneficiaries of this event will be the people of
Municipality of Victoria and our environment
7. EXPECTED
OUTPUT/S
Since Good Shepherd Academy has a big
population, one plant per person will be the best option. The population of the
students and teachers of Good Shepherd Academy from Elementary Department
students to Senior High School Departments students are averaging for about
1700 combining the students and the teachers. The target trees to be planted
are about 1700 to be in total.
8. RATIONALE/BACKGROUND
Global warming has become the big threat to all
mankind. It is now the primary concern of our civilized word. We need to admit
that we are one of the biggest contributors in the rapid increase of
temperature of our environment. And we must be aware to the cause and effect of
global warming in our life.
Trees and plant help in reducing heat in our surrounding.
It removes harmful chemical from the soil and reduced the greenhouse gasses, as
it absorbed carbon dioxide and give off oxygen.
These trees hold tons of water during rainy
days to avoid floods and soil erosion in our cities or municipalities.
Trees are the natural habitat of animals, bird,
and other species. It is also the source of food, wood, and paper products.
They were renewable and biodegradable and also recyclable. These trees are the
big help in minimizing the noise, air, and water pollution. The trees around us
are extremely important and have always been necessary for improving the human
condition, both during its life and harvest.
Deforestation is a major reason behind the
climate change crisis that we are facing today. No only has it led to the
occurrence of numerous natural calamities, but it can also resulted in the
severe depletion and extinction of many species of animals, plants, etc..
It is not a stretch to believe that without
trees, we the humans would not exist in this beautiful world. We must plant
trees instead of cutting it because trees are essential in our life. They are
our breath, our life and life of the future generation. Make the earth greener
and cleaner planet. Every tree we plant is breath of life. Let us start digging
and bury the seed of the creation of every forest start with a single seed
9. OBJECTIVES
To
increase the knowledge of the people of how important planting trees in our
environment. Also, to advocate people of why we did this project for our
environment and too to our health. Lastly is to improve conservation, land
degradation, and to control climate change.
SUSTAINABILITY
This will benefit our environment and also in
education so that the students and teacher will be educated of how and why we
did this project. It can increase our economic and tourism in our Municipality.
I want to add that every two year, we will do it again and implement again so
that we the students and the teacher will help the environment of Municipality
of Victoria. It also one of the best options is that we need to widen the mass
land that we are planting like implementing it also to our neighbor
municipalities and cities until it come to the whole province

EFFECT TO THE SCHOOL
Since
the school will be implementing this to our Municipality, it will help the
awareness of the students and teacher. Also, to increase our knowledge why and
how we did this to our Municipality.

BENEFIT TO THE COMMUNITY
The people of Municipality of Victoria are we
called community. It will help the community by inhaling freely without
hesitating to t pollution. It will help our environment and to the people of
community.
RISK
MANAGEMENT PLAN
The CoVid 19 are ongoing now and the cases per
day are rising. This is the main problem of implementing this project because
of the protocol implement by the government. Also, the financial problem for
buying the seedling of every students and teacher.
